Hi, I am haidee geli sumagang. I would like to request for my GSIS BP number.


Due to Data Privacy Act, we cannot give the information requested via email or this platform.

Since BP Number is one of the personal identifications of the member with us, it is safer that you personally inquire it with your Agency Authorized Officer (AAO) who is the one requesting for the creation of member’s accounts with the GSIS.
