My name is RICHARD GAUFO y REYES and I am sending this letter to ask assistance in verifying my GSIS BP account number. Any personal and employee information can be provided upon your good office request, peferably through my email on file.

GREETINGS!

Respectfully replying to the clarification requested by your Office in reference to ticket no. #GSIS-592543764776.

As of this date, I am currently unemployed and in the process of appealing for my reinstatement as a Drug Enforcement Officer (DEO), through the Civil Service Commission (CSC), after I was ILLEGALLY DISMISSED without due process and/or cause from government service by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA). 

May I also request to close this ticket for I have already received email instructions to visit from GSIS Pampanga Branch.
