Dear MR. JUAN PAOLO V. FAMODULAN,

This refers to your eFOI request, sent via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) on 24 October 2022, wherein you followed up on the status of the title acquired by Mr. Leewolf Karl Magaro through public bidding.

In line with this, may we clarify your relationship with Mr. Magaro? May we request for: (i) a Special Power of Attorney from Mr. Magaro authorizing your good self to inquire on the status of the property; and (ii) valid ID of Mr. Magaro.

Kindly send your response and requested documents to efoi@pagibigfund.gov.ph. Also, after submitting your reply and the requested documents, please be informed that your request will still undergo proper evaluation which needs to be secured from different offices of the Fund.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before 17 January 2023, your request will be closed.
