This refers to your eFOI request received on 16 November 2023 via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you were requesting for an additional information regarding 556 accredited Pag-IBIG Fund developers.

Previously, we have provided you the list of accredited developers as of July 2023.

As to your latest request, we deemed it proper to raise the matter to the Operating Unit Concerned (OUC) – the Housing Operations Support Unit (HOpS). The OUC would like to clarify whether you are requesting for the list of accredited developers for the year 2023. Per the OUC, the latest updated list as of September 2023 does not comprise a total of 556 accredited developer you are requesting. 

We shall await your clarification on this matter and whether you would like to request for the latest list.
