Pagibig requirements for housing loan application thru developer

Couple of questions with pagibig housing loan requirements thru developer. I'm self employed purely earning with business income and opted to 8% tax rate. Currently I'm filing my ITR with 1701A form but the developer is asking me for 1701 ITR. 1701 ITR are for mixed income earners. My question is, would the 1701A be accepted?

On the other hand, they are requesting for AFS wherein BIR don't require me for the reason of I have availed 8% tax rate(less 3M gross annual income). Do I still need to provide AFS even BIR don't require me?

Is this request offensive?
