Dear Requestor,

This refers to your eFOI request received on 06 October 2023 via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you are requesting data relative to the Fund’s Housing Loans (HL) takeout in year 2022.
We have endorsed your concern to the Operating Units Concerned (OUCs) – the Housing Operations Support Unit and Corporate Planning Department. Please find below, the following information relative to your concern, as provided by the said OUCs, to wit:  

1. How much is the total HL disbursement in 2022 from window 3 (Direct Member Application)?

The total HL released in 2022 under Window 3 (Direct Member Application (Retail/Walk-in Category)) amounted to Php33.57B. The said loan value is equivalent to 28.49% of the total HL disbursement of Php117.85B for the said year.

2. What is the percentage of total loan disbursements in 2022 for Secondary Market purchase of house and lot/lot/condominium?

The percentage of total HL disbursements in 2022 for Secondary Market purchase of house and lot/lot/condominium (Acquired Assets or ROPA) is 11.27%. The said percentage is equivalent to loan value of Php13.28B.
