Hi! I would like to request for this document/information;

1) How to become a "Pag-ibig Accredited Developer"? 

2) What are the requirements, procedures, and fees to be come a "Pag-ibig Accredited Developer"?

3) Can a company accredit their projects (i.e., condotel) in Pag-ibig? If so, what are the requirements, procedures, and fees?

This refers to your eFOI request received on 12 July 2023 via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you inquired regarding the requirements and procedure on how to become a Pag-IBIG Fund accredited developer.

We have endorsed your concern to the Operating Unit Concerned (OUC) – the Corporate Sales Group (CSG). As per the OUC, a checklist of requirements and templates for Developer and Project Accreditation for your guide and reference, are as follows:

Developer’s Accreditation:
•Checklist of Requirements for Accreditation (HQP-WLF-163) 
1. Application Letter (template)
2. Annex A - Monthly Delivery Schedule (template)
3. Company Profile (HQP-WLF-164) with attached resume of Key Officers and Partners/Stakeholders
4. Registration Papers:

For Partnership/Corporation: 
-SEC Registration Certificate
-By-Laws
-Articles of Partnership/Incorporation

For Single Proprietorship: 
-DTI Registration
-Mayor’s Permit

5. Secretary’s Certificate (HQP-WLF-078) for Partnership/Corporation or Special Power of Attorney for Sole Proprietorship (duly notarized)
6. Latest Audited Financial Statements stamped received by BIR or its accredited and authorized institutions

Project Accreditation: 
• Checklist of requirements for Preliminary Subdivision Appraisal (HQP-WLF-181)

Attached for your reference is the above listed forms and templates that may be downloaded thru our website: 

https://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph/forms_housing.html.

As an initial step, you may file your accomplished application form together with the abovementioned requirements to the nearest Pag-IBIG Fund Housing Business Hub (NCR, San Fernando, Calamba, Cebu and Davao) where your office business address is located. The said requirements will be reviewed accordingly by said OUC. Should there be concerns on the submitted documents, the assigned Housing Relationship Officer (HRO) shall coordinate with your office.
