Dear MS. MARIA CELERINA C. COLIS,

This refers to your eFOI request, sent via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) on 03 September 2022, requesting for information on the Fund’s privacy and data/information storage and access. Further, you inquired on your right to have your Virtual Pag-IBIG account erased from the online system as you can no longer access your account.

In line with this, may we clarify whether you still intend to delete your Virtual Pag-IBIG account even supposing you would regain access to your Virtual Pag-IBIG account?

Kindly send your response to efoi@pagibigfund.gov.ph. Also, after submitting your reply, please be informed that your request will still undergo proper evaluation which needs to be secured from different offices of the Fund, thus an additional time is needed by our Office to gather the requested information.  

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before 07 December 2022, your request will be closed.
