Hi Pag Ibig Fund,
I would like to request for the latest document or ordinance from your Office which covers cancellation and remidiation process of housing loan account. I have received a Notice Of Invitation from your office that obliged us to engage OTP Offer to Purchase and pay 1,000 pesos or 
vacate our property within 30 days due to unpaid mortgage.

Dear Requestor,

This refers to your eFOI request received on 14 January sent via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you are requesting for the latest document from the Fund which covers cancellation and remediation process of housing loan account. 

According to you, you received a Notice of Invitation from the Fund obliging you to engage in an Offer to Purchase and pay one thousand pesos (₱1,000) or vacate the property within 30 days due to unpaid mortgage. 

We deemed it proper to raise the matter to the Operating Unit Concerned (OUC) – the Acquired Assets Management Group - Marketing and Sales Department (AAMG-MSD). Per the OUC, the most recent document relevant to your request is HDMF Circular No. 428 or the Omnibus guidelines on the sale of Pag-IBIG Fund Real and other Properties acquired.
