Good day!

I was awarded the winning bidder of Tranche 40071 on the recently-concluded negotiated sales for acquired assets for a vacant lot in Tarlac City, Tarlac. In line with this, I would like to request for a complete list of the documents that will be given to me in the meantime (as this will be on a long-term installment) to serve as proof that the property is currently being sold to me (such as deed of conditional sale and/or contract to sell).

The reason for this request is that we will be applying for a building/fencing permit, and we would like to know should the documents suffice.

This refers to your eFOI request received on 01 April 2023 via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you requested for a complete list of documents that will be given to you in relation to your purchase of an acquired asset of Pag-IBIG Fund in Tarlac City via negotiated sale.

We have endorsed your concern to the operating unit concerned – the Acquired Assets Management Group (AAMG). We were informed by AAMG that the following documents will be given to you which you may use in your application for a building permit:

1.	Notice of Award;
2.	Notice of Approval;
3.	Authority to Move In; and
4.	Deed of Conditional Sale/Deed of Sale.
