Dear MR. ROLANDO D. VIESCA,

This refers to your eFOI request received on 28 May 2023 via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you asked if you can avail of a Housing Loan with the Fund to purchase an acquired asset property of Government Services Insurance Services (GSIS). Also, you inquired for the procedure and requirements for the said loan.

We have endorsed your concern to the operating unit concerned – the Housing Operation Support Unit (HOpS). We were informed by HOpS that you have to coordinate directly with the GSIS, to inquire if you will be allowed to purchase an acquired asset property thru Pag-IBIG financing. If allowed by the GSIS, kindly submit the complete requirements indicated in the attached checklist (HQP-HLF-730) to our office and pay the necessary fees.
