This refers to your eFOI request received on 20 February 2023 via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) relative to your request for the total number of the Fund’s members in Manolo Fortich and Sumilao, Bukidnon.

A perusal of your request reveals that the purpose of your request is for “Thesis Research”. In view of the foregoing, may we request for copies of your school ID and endorsement of your request using your school letterhead duly signed by your Dean for records purposes that it is an official activity sanctioned by your university.
