This refers to your eFOI request, sent via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) on 07 June 2022, for a copy of the following documents:
1. Standard/Design Planning Guidelines of Satellite Office; and
2. Sample Organizational Chart in Satellite Office.
According to you, the data will be used for your Thesis Research Application as you are currently in your fifth (5th) year BS Architecture course in Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology, Manila.
In view of the foregoing, may we request for copies of your school ID and endorsement of your request using your school letterhead duly signed by your Dean for records purposes that it is an official activity sanctioned by your university.
May we also clarify that “satellite office” as mentioned in your request pertains to a Branch of the Fund?
