This refers to your eFOI request received on 19 July 2023 via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you inquired on the list of condominium projects in Metro Manila accredited to the Fund.

In reply to your request, kindly be informed that Section 3 of Executive Order No. 2, series of 2016 (Executive Order) grants every Filipino citizen the right to access information, official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development. 

In accordance with Pag-IBIG Fund People’s Freedom of Information Manual (Manual) it is the duty of the Fund to ensure that personal information, particularly sensitive personal information, in its custody or under its control is disclosed only as permitted by existing laws. In order to protect our members’ information, it is Pag-IBIG Fund’s official course of action to first validate and verify the requester’s identity. 

Considering the foregoing and for us to be able to address you properly, may we request that you send us a valid proof of two (2) government issued identifications (IDs) to efoi@pagibigfund.gov.ph. Also, after submitting your reply, please be informed that your request will still undergo proper evaluation by various operating units concerned thus, an additional time is needed by our Office.  

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before 12 October 2023, your request will be closed.
