I would like to request the list of properties that are successfully bided / sold from properties under negotiated sale and properties under public auctions within Dasmariñas, Cavite area Including address Lot Area Floor area and if possible Amount

Dear Mr. Andimar Nepomuceno II:
This refers to your eFOI request received on 04 March 2022 via the eFOI portal of the
Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you requested for a list of properties
that are were successfully bid/sold from properties under negotiated sale and under
public auction within Dasmarinas, Cavite, including its address, lot area, floor area, and
amount.
According to you, this query shall be used for research for urban development studies.
May we clarify the particular research/thesis you are undertaking. Kindly also specify
the period of negotiated sale and public action. Should this be for academic purposes,
kindly submit the following:
1. A copy of your school ID; and
2. An endorsement of your request using your school letterhead duly signed by
your College Dean.
This is necessary for our records purposes that it is an official activity sanctioned by
your university. Kindly send the scanned copy of your school ID and said endorsement
to efoi@pagibigfund.gov.ph.
Also, after submitting the requirements above, kindly be informed that your request will
still undergo proper evaluation and due to the voluminous information being requested
which needs to be secured from different offices of the Fund, an additional time is
needed by our Office to gather the requested data.
