Dear MR. JOEL SOBREVEGA,

This refers to your eFOI request received on 11 May 2023 via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you expressed interest and inquired on the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program (4PH), a housing project by President Ferdinand “Bong Bong” Marcos (PBBM) thru the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).

We deemed it proper to raise this matter to the Operating Units Concerned (OUC) – the Housing Operations Support Unit (HOpS).

According to the OUC, the Fund does not have an approved proponent / project for the said program. Nonetheless, you may check the Fund’s available properties for sale and for more information. Please visit: https://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph/acquiredassets.html.
