This refers to your eFOI request received on 20 and 21 November 2023 via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you requested for the following information:

1.	Template of Deed of Conditional Sale;
2.	Request for contact information of the accredited Pag-IBIG developers;
3.	Top 20 Developers per region from 2000 to October 2023; and
4.	Home loan take out for OFWs from 2000 to October 2023.

You mentioned that the information will be used for research purposes and for the conduct market sounding of financing solution that they may require in order to support the government’s 4PH program as you would like to recruit onshore and offshore lenders in providing financing solutions to these property developers.
