I would like to seek help if it's possible to pay HOA Monthly Dues kahit hindi ka pa naka tira sa Bahay at hindi pa nag pa member.

In my case, pinagbayad ako starting March 2023 dahil binigyan ako ng PAG IBIG ng authority to move in. September na lang ako nag pa member since hindi ko pa gusto tirhan ang bahay dahil wala pang mga kuryente at ilaw pero pinagbayad na ako base sa authority to move in.
