Hi, 

I wanted to verify if we are able to file a complaint about an unresponsive real estate broker. We have a series of follow-up emails about the turnover since we have made the full downpayment on the property but it has been 2 years after submitting all docs to our broker and pag-ibig but still no update till today. 

We are unsure where should we seek assistance on this.

Response to Request

Unfortunately, we were able to determine that your request is a frontline service transaction and not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny this request.

However, if your concerns involve real estate development and/or homeowners association disputes, you may proceed to file your complaint with the appropriate HSAC Regional Adjudication Branch where the project/HOA is located.
