Good day. I would like to seek help and ask for legal advice. 
It's been 4 months that our barangay (Brgy. 7 alejo malasig, vintar, ilocos norte) doesn't get any service of water from the Ilocos Norte Water District or later consolidated to Prime Water Inc. 

It brings me awareness that we are paying services that we don't really get. 
Let me state the precedents. On the month of June this year, the service of water is stopped and a statement from one of the personnel of the water district that  it was because the water pump is broken. And still no water until today.

That is a general information, we need immediate resolution for this issue has been affecting our normal way of living. We have constitutional right to life and deprivation of water is strictly against our right.
