I currently have an ongoing undergraduate thesis proposal on Research and Educational Center. With that, I would like to ask and request if you have data regarding about Terms of reference for the procurement and implementation of the design and build scheme infrastructure project for the construction of the laboratory building.

Rest assured that the information pieces that will be provided will be used for educational purposes only.
