Greetings! We are students conducting an experimental study regarding the antihypertensive properties of pseudo stem extract of Banana using in vitro and in vivo assays. We would like to ask confirmation to the following:

1. Availability of In vitro colorimetric ACE inhibition assay and In vivo colorimetric ACE inhibition assay in DOST-ITDI 
2. Availability of in vivo and in vitro testing for Antihypertensive properties of plant
3. Requirements for the testing process 
4. Price range and duration of testing
