Hi there experts! I would like to request a copy of any relevant study or research on nipa sap processing particularly on nipa syrup and sugar production. I am a farmer and entrepreneur who has a farm in Baco, Oriental Mindoro that is abundant in Nipa palm trees. We are currently collecting nipa sap for vinegar production. Through the Young Farmers Challenge of the Department of Agriculture, I am planning to engage in nipa syrup and sugar production.
