Good day, I am currently working on my research study entitled: “VIP: THE PHILIPPINE VIROLOGY SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE, A SMART ARCHITECTURE APPROACH FOR VIROLOGY RESEARCH AND VACCINE DEVELOPMENT, NEW CLARK CITY, TARLAC.” I would like to request the following data or information from your office in relation to the study:
•	Certificate of Appearance; wherein the proponents have truly conducted research activities in your premises.
•	Endorsement Certificate; wherein the proponent’s project is willingly supported by your office, only by theoretical means.
•	Other pertinent data

Your FOI request is approved.  The industrial Technology Development Institute fully supports the Virology Institute since the proponent of the project is currently our agency's director. Unfortunately, we can't provide the requested document since as mentioned, the director is the signing authority for the said documents and is also the among proponent of the project.
