I am a 5th-year architecture student from the PUP & would like to request the following:

1. Any available data on the recidivism rate among juvenile offenders in the NCR.
2. Statistical data on Children at Risk (CAR) and Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) in NCR from the year 2020 to the present.
3. Any available documentation or plans outlining the regional strategies or plans for the rehabilitation and welfare of CICL and CAR in NCR for the year 2023.
4. Information on cities or municipalities within NCR that currently lack facilities catering to the needs of CICL and CAR.

- On potential site for Bahay Pag-asa in NCR, Pateros is the ONLY LGU in Metro Manila that does not have a facility for children in conflict with the law.
