 I am Elaiza Patricia Castro, a 5th-year student pursuing a BS in Architecture at New Era University.

 May I request for statistical data regarding the following: 

1. Number of cases of Juvenile Delinquency (CICLS) in Region 3 from 2012-2022.  
2. Population growth rate of CICLs in Region 3 from 2012-2022.
3. Number of cases of Juvenile Delinquency (CICLS) in Bulacan from 2012-2022.  
4. Population growth rate of CICLs in Bulacan from 2012-2022.
