I am Therese Nicole Lim, a 5th-year student pursuing a BS in Architecture at Holy Angel University. I am in the process of conducting research for my Architectural Thesis Proposal titled "Window of Hope: A Development of Regional Rehabilitative Facility for Juvenile Delinquent." As part of this endeavor, I am seeking information regarding the standards and guidelines pertaining to the physical structure and safety of Regional Rehabilitation Center. Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
