Arpilleda 02:25 PM, Oct 26, 2023

I am Princess Pilar D. Arpilleda, a third-year law student from the University of Southeastern Philippines. I am writing to request access to data and statistics related to children in conflict with the law in the Philippines. As part of my thesis entitled “A Comparative Analysis to Approaches of Selected Countries to the Age of Criminal Responsibility: Evaluating the Implications of Lowering the Age of Criminal Responsibility in the Philippines,” I believe that this information is crucial for a better understanding of the juvenile justice system and the welfare of CICL in the country.
