I am writing to formally request statistical information regarding  (CICL) and (CAR) in Caloocan City. As part of my undergraduate thesis. The details I am interested in are as follows:
1. Number of Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) and Children at Risk (CAR) in Caloocan City (2018 - 2023)
2. Offenses Committed by CAR and CICL in Caloocan City (2018 - 2023)
3. Data on CICL Served  in Bahay Pag-asa in Caloocan City (2018 - 2023)
4. Number of Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) and Children at Risk (CAR) in NCR per City Basis  (2018 - 2023)
