1. Rates on juvenile re-offenders/recidivists on a national level from 2018-2022
2. Rates on juvenile re-offenders/recidivists on CARAGA Region from 2018-2022

You asked for Most recent juvenile recidivism rates.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. At present, we have no existing data or information on the reoffending or recidivism rates of CICL in the country. JJWC is planning to conduct a baseline study for this.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to ATTY. TRICIA CLARE A. OCO, JJWC Executive Director at secretariat@jjwc.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
