October 19, 2023 Dear Kim Galarpe, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 15, 2023 01:35:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Most recent juvenile recidivism rates. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. At present, we have no existing data or information on the reoffending or recidivism rates of CICL in the country. JJWC is planning to conduct a baseline study for this. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to ATTY. TRICIA CLARE A.
