Hi I would like to ask for the following:

- Number of Children in Conflict with the Law  (CICL) and Children at risk (CAR) per REGION distributed by age, gender and cases from 2018 and 2019. (kindly separate data each year)

You asked for CICL AND CAR PER REGION 2018-2019.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Kindly take note that for year 2020 and below, we do not have yet the data. Centers/facilities started using the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Information System only last 2021. However, for statistical data, please send your request directly to the Philippine National Police (PNP) addressed to Police Brigadier General ARCADIO A JAMORA, JR, Acting Chief of Women and Children Protection Center at foi.didm@pnp.gov.ph or at PNP FOI Portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/new?agency=PNP.

Your right to request a review
