Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 23, 2024 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Juvenile Recidivism rates in the Philippines.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have YET the information you have requested. At present, we have no existing data or information on the reoffending or recidivism rates of CICL in the country. JJWC is planning to conduct a baseline study for this.
