Good day! I am requesting the following data for my undergraduate thesis regarding the Juvenile Rehabilitation Center.

1. Recidivism Rate of Region NCR.
2. List of Rehabilitation Centers in NCR (City, Municipality, NGO, etc.).
3. Annual Data of CAR and CICL in NCR from 2020 to present. 
4. NCR Regional Plan 2023 for CICL and CAR.
