May we request the following documents to help LCWD in optimizing its water supply operations

1) hydraulic model
2) map of the water network showing all existing and new wells, spring sources, surface water sources, boosters, tanks, and important valves. Please also show the boundaries/ isolation of each of the DMAs or hydraulic areas
3) pumping operation schedule and valving schedule 
4) please also fill out the attached Initial Data Request excel file containing the details of the Spring  Sources Pumping stations, Surface water facilities. Tanks, Valves & Operational Parameters

Thank you for your request dated Jul 14, 2023 01:01:42 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Set of documents related to water supply operations.

Your FOI request is approved hence, enclosed is a copy of some of the information you requested, to wit:
a)	Map of the water network i.e. Buyoan spring sources, Mabinit well sources, Bogña well sources, Legazpi City map, and LCWD pipeline system; and
b)	Duly accomplished Hiraya Water Data Request excel file which includes already the pumping operation schedule.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested since the hydraulic model falls under the FOI List of Exceptions (Proprietary Property). Also, we have no data for the valving schedule you requested.

Kindly ensure also that the information given shall only be used for its intended purpose and shall not be shared with other parties.
