Hi! good afternoon. I am Atty. Manolito N. Crucillo, the compulsory heirs of Vicente and Cecilia Crucillo who were declarants of Lot 5848 Tagaytay Cadastre affected by the construction of the Tagaytay By-Pass Road (Project Id # 20DG0009 of the DPWH Cavite 2nd Engineering District). We would like to inquire if there is already an appraisal of the land value of Lot 5848 by Land Bank that it recommended/transmitted to the DPWH or the DPWH Cavite 2nd Engineering District. The information will allow us to prepare and decide on whether to enter into a negotiated sale.
