Hello. I am Aldrin T. Juan, a law student. I am requesting all particular data from the given date concerning all approved loans with their corresponding collaterals. 
I want them to ascertain myself if those loans were provided accordingly, and to verify allegations whether or not the LBP are giving loans higher than the value of the given collateral where some borrowers are running away after taking the money. For example, some foreign businessmen, who applied for loans amounting to 200 million pesos to 1 Billion pesos with corresponding collateral that seemingly not proportional.
