Hello, 

I would like to request for the CCTV footage of your Canlalay, Biñan Branch because I was informed by the customer service agent that an unsuccessful attempt at withdrawing my money in my Landbank Account was made on November 25, 2020 around 11:39PM-11:43PM. The ATM machine used is the one with Terminal ID 02381001.

I already requested this directly to the branch on November 26 but still got no feedback from them. 

I will file a case against the Suspects who stolen my bag with my phone and wallet. 

Please do send me the footage.
