My name is Ma. Patricia B. De Borja, Acting Executive Assistant at Orani WD. I am respectfully requesting for guidelines, issuance, or standards on setting the fines and penalties for violations such as illegal use of water, unregistered water connection, tampering, and other similar kinds of violations of water use.
