Response to your request

Your request is denied under PCGG FOI People's Manual  Section 4. Standard Procedure (the request shall state the name and contact information of the requesting party, as well as provide valid proof of identification or authorization). It appeared that you've provided incorrect file or no valid proof of identification was attached to your request.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office requires compliance to the afore-cited provision. However, you may wish to contact Chairperson John A. Agbayani at john.agbayani@pcgg.gov.ph, or resubmit your request.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Chairperson John A. Agbayani at john.agbayani@pcgg.gov.ph.
