While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we have determined that the requested falls under the vexatious category due to its subsequent identical requests to numerous agencies. This determination aligns with FOI Memorandum No.5 s. 2020, also known as the 'Guidelines on Vexatious FOI Requests and Abuse of Rights' which allows for the denial of FOI requests that are deemed vexatious in nature.
