Thank you for your request dated March 28, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You have requested for the number of registered farmers in the RSBSA per region from January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2022.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC) does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Department of Agriculture at telephone numbers 
+63 (2) 8928-8741 to 64 and +63 (2) 8273-2474 or through email at osec@da.gov.ph. They may be able to assist you with your request as this is one of their programs.

Your right to request a review

If you are not satisfied with this response to your FOI request, an appeal may be filed by sending an email to admin@pcic.gov.ph. Your appeal should explain the reason for dissatisfaction, and should be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of this letter. The PCIC will complete the review and notify you within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the appeal.

If you are not satisfied with result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
