February 13, 2023 Dear Ms. Sulit: Greetings! This is in reference to your request dated November 28, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. We apologize for the delayed response due to system error that did not notify us of your eFOI request immediately. Your request You asked for information on the total number of rice farmers per municipality in Nueva Ecija for CY 2022. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation has only list of rice farmers that it insured. You may wish to contact the Department of Agriculture at +63 (2) 8928-8741 to 64 and +63 (2) 8273-2474, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests?agency=DA. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site. Your right to request a review If you are not satisfied with this response to your FOI request, an appeal may be filed by sending an email to admin@pcic.gov.ph. Your appeal should explain the reason for dissatisfaction, and should be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of this letter. The PCIC will complete the review and notify you within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the appeal.
