Greetings!

I would like to request for a copy of your latest annual report (2021). We are doing a policy research on crop insurance. We're exploring the issues that constrain availability of insurance to small farmers and the reasons for low utilization.

We hope for a positive response on this request.

Greetings from the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC)!

Thank you for your request dated July 8, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You have requested for a copy of the PCIC’s Annual Report for CY 2021.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, the PCIC does not yet have the information you have requested as preparations for this is currently ongoing.

Your right to request a review

If you are not satisfied with this response to your FOI request, an appeal may be filed by sending an email to admin@pcic.gov.ph. Your appeal should explain the reason for dissatisfaction, and should be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of this letter. The PCIC will complete the review and notify you within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the appeal.

If you are not satisfied with result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
