Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated April 26, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You requested for a list of farmers enrolled in PCIC for the province of Agusan del Norte.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we regret to inform that we are unable to provide the requested information due to our strict adherence to R.A. 10173 also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 which safeguards personal information and prevents its unauthorized disclosure. However, if your request is necessary for your purpose, you may submit a formal letter of request addressed to the head of our Regional Office covering your province and signed by the head of your unit.

Your right to request a review

If you are not satisfied with this response to your FOI request, an appeal may be filed by sending an email to admin@pcic.gov.ph. Your appeal should explain the reason for dissatisfaction, and should be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of this letter. The PCIC will complete the review and notify you within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the appeal.

If you are not satisfied with result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
