To whom it may concern,

Good day! I would like to inquire on what are the rate for the insurance claim for the tree. The LGU in Barili Cebu Region VII could not provide us with the proper computation and we are expected to accept the claim as is where is. Please let us know on what is the proper process on this and enlighten us on where to acquire the documentation. Hoping for a positive response.
