Hi! I am Nica Hanopol, reporter from VERA Files, a nonprofit media organization.

I would like to request a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding among the Presidential Communications Office, Department of the Interior and Local Government, Commission on Higher Education, Department of Social Welfare and Development, and the Department of Education. 

This is part of my research for a story I'm working on.
