Hi! I would like to request a certified true copy of an Authorization emanating from the OPS-Secretary Atty. Rose Beatrix Cruz-Angeles.

An Authorization was issued to Ms. Yolanda B. Marcelo and Ms. Leah B. Dela Cruz both from the National Printing Office (NPO) which was signed by the OPS-Secretary dated 11 July 2022.

Another Authorization was issued to Ms. Yolanda B. Marcelo, however it was undated. As part of Complete Staff Work (CSW) we wished to get a certified true copy of the document for filing and records purposes.
