Good day!

We are 4th year AB Legal Management students in LPU-Manila, and are currently doing our thesis paper for the completion of the subject, Advance Legal Research. Our thesis aims to study the legal implications of legitimizing children born through surrogacy.

In line with this, we kindly ask for assistance in procuring the house deliberations/House Journals of the Family Code of the Philippines when Artificial Insemination was permitted under Art. 164 in 1988.
