We thank you for your patience and understanding as we had difficulty in processing FOI requests due to the imposition of Enhanced Community Quarantine and other work limitations associated with the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.

Being the premier arm of the Executive Branch in engaging and involving the citizenry and the mass media in order to enrich the quality of public discourse on all matters of governance and build a national consensus thereon, the PCOO is mandated to disseminate, maintain, and preserve information in all digital platforms including its website (www.pcoo.gov.ph). The exposure of API can be the source of security risks and potential attacks from unauthorized sources. Hence, your requested information is denied due to the data security of the PCOO website.
