Dear PCOO, I write on behalf of VERA Files, a nonprofit media organization that specializes in in-depth reporting and fact checking. We are working on a story about PRRD's projects for the PCOO and state broadcasters as stated in his 2016 SONA: namely, the formation of a Mindanao Media Hub and Visayas Media Hub, and the training of state broadcasters with international media.

I would like to request information on the following:
1) The status of implementation of the Visayas Media Hub
2)  Trainings held by state broadcasters with international media (when and with whom, if available)
